Delivery Costs

No delivery costs.
Corporate orders: contact us so that we can make special arrangements for the delivery of your orders.

Delivery times

Orders made after this time will be processed on the next working day (except French bank holidays).
For deliveries to rural areas please allow a fex extra days for delivery..

Delivery times depend on the products ordered.
- France: delivery in 3-5 working days.
- Others countries : delivery in 3-6 working days

Packaging

 Your products will be delivered in their original packaging.

The transport of your bottles

Two specialized carriers, to assure his customers a quality delivery :
- France : LA POSTE
- Others countries : CHRONOPOST

Receiving your orders

Deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm, Monday-Friday.
There will be two attempts at delivery, normally you will be contacted about the delivery beforehand.

Before you accept the delivery of the package you are required to sign for it. Please check the package carefully, this signature stands as proof that the products have been delivered in good condition.
If there appears to be any problem with the package don't hesitate to comment on it and a note will be made before you sign for it.For example, if the package seems damp.

You have the right to refuse to accept, a package and to inform our customer services that it will be returned to us, if you require it a new package will be sent out to replace the erraneous, broken or damaged one.

If you are not present for delivery, the delivery company will leave a slip telling you that the first attempt has been unsuccesful. On this slip there will be a telephone number with which you can contact the delivery man to arrange re-delivery.

You should store your wine at a moderate temperature, somewhere where the temperature will not change drastically, away from vibrations or light.
You can leave your bottles in the ChateauOnline cartons that they arrive in (unless storing them in a humid area), they should always be kept horizontal.

It is best not to taste your wines until a few days after delivery,for younger wines 24-48 hours will suffice, for older wines, we reccommend a week. If you do not wish to wait any time then you can always place the wine in the fridge for a while before serving it at the reccommended temperature. This is in order to allow the wines to 'settle' after transport.

PAYMENT

Secure Payment.

To avoid the risk of payment fraud, DOMAINEHABRARD uses a secure payment system, called the SSL-Secure Socket Layer, this means that the payment can only be made over a secure connection, this is the safest and most commonly used method. The security protocol SSL Extended Validation (EVSSL) increases the online security systems and those of the identification page. This system allows the prevention of phishing and pharming.

This new system allows you to simply verify that you are connected to the correct webpage and that it is well protected.

When Using Internet Explorer : When you arrive at the payment page your navigation bar must be green as this indicates that your connection is secure. You click on the padlock that can be found in the navigation bar and the identity of the website will appear indicating the name of the host organisation as well as the authorisational certification.

When Using Firefox : When you arrive at the payment page the navigation bar must be green. You then click on the name of the organisation and the certificate will appear.

When Using Google Chrome :You click on the padlock and the website information and its security status will appear. 

DOMAINEHABRARD does not keep a record of your bank details.
Your bank details are automatically encrypted (at the fastest speed possible) and your payment will be made through "E-TRANSACTION by CREDIT AGRICOLE" without going through our site.

Methods of Payment

Bank Card

After you have chosen your products you have the option of paying with a bank/credit card. You will need to enter the required information (card number, expiry date etc). A message will confirm the validation of your payment. 100% Secure Payment.
